Description

  • Work across SeatGeek, clients, customers, and suppliers to scope, plan, manage, and deliver projects to high standards.
  • Own project plans and maintain project documentation in line with project management methodology and contract terms.
  • Drive projects toward defined business outcomes while staying within timeline, budget, and scope.
  • Coordinate implementation and technical work for SaaS software implementations, technology transformation, and business process optimization.
  • Manage project-related tasks such as data conversions, installations, custom developments, customizations, training, system builds, and third-party hardware/software ordering.
  • Track and manage dependencies across multiple projects and teams.
  • Maintain risk registers and issue logs, and develop mitigation plans for identified risks.
  • Coordinate, chair, and communicate through internal and client meetings.
  • Produce and distribute project status reports and updates.
  • Improve internal project delivery procedures through retrospectives and process reviews.
  • Manage internal change projects and ongoing business processes involving SeatGeek resources or third parties.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience, including 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in technology implementations across the full project lifecycle.
  • Sound foundational knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Experience delivering enterprise software projects in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience in software delivery; ticketing industry experience is beneficial.
  • Experience using project management platforms to track tasks, timelines, and accountability from kickoff through completion.
  • Proven ability and willingness to use AI technologies to streamline processes and improve work output.
  • Process-driven mindset with a focus on improving delivery quality while still executing effectively.
  • Track record of delivering projects to budget, scope, and timeline with strong client and stakeholder feedback.
  • High attention to detail and strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, including the ability to work across teams and hold others accountable without authority.
  • Ability to balance structure with adaptability and tolerance for the unexpected.
  • Ability to challenge and be challenged constructively, including opinions on project management software and tools.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
