Description

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Course Planner solutions for larger client projects.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for complex implementation work alongside each customer’s Customer Success Manager.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of school district customers across different sizes and regions.
  • Understand data dependencies, troubleshoot data issues, and coordinate data integration with clients and internal teams.
  • Work with customers to understand their needs, special situations, and use cases, then identify and implement solutions.
  • Maintain project momentum by engaging customers, generating buy-in, and driving adoption throughout implementation.
  • Document challenges, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement within the implementation workflow and product.
  • Support the product team with quality assurance and product improvements.
  • Explain complex academic planning and product concepts clearly to district stakeholders and customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an implementation specialist or in a similar role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong project management skills, including understanding task dependencies, sequencing, and task coordination.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with data feeds, reviewing data files, identifying issues, and performing large-scale spreadsheet manipulation.
  • Ability to present confidently to district stakeholders.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, including the ability to translate product and engineering jargon into simple customer communications.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to stay optimistic in high-stress situations.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with scripting such as Python and JSON data is a plus but not required.
