Description

  • Triaging incoming tickets from support and customer success teams.
  • Creating user stories, development tickets, and project plans for enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Managing and testing enhancements, bug fixes, and hotfixes to ensure quality and completion.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert for the product area by answering questions from internal stakeholders such as customer success and sales.
  • Writing documentation, release notes, and other materials that improve internal and external understanding and adoption.
  • Supporting product and engineering with UI copy writing, QA testing, training support, customer interviews, research, data cleaning, and analysis as needed.
  • Prioritizing work based on PM and leadership needs and escalating issues appropriately when uncertain.
  • Taking on larger epics and more strategic projects over time as operational ownership grows.

Requirements

  • Located in the US and authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Available to work 8:30 CT to 5:30 CT daily and willing to put in additional time when needed.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, or finance environment, or relevant internships for recent graduates.
  • Some technical skills such as web development or Python are preferred.
  • Strong operational skills with experience triaging bugs, managing QA, and using Jira effectively.
  • Ability to follow direction, align with team needs, and prioritize work based on PM and leadership guidance.
  • Strong logical and structured thinking, including hypothesis generation and clear step-by-step reasoning.
  • Excellent written communication for Jira tickets, release notes, email support, and tier 2 escalation.
  • Strong oral and conversational communication skills for Slack, calls, and customer-facing interactions.
  • Ability to learn product domain knowledge quickly and maintain strong context across tickets, modules, projects, and customers.
