Description

  • Craft and manage roadmaps for a range of digital products, from strategic planning through optimization activities.
  • Work with design, content, development, and optimization teams to define product vision, business cases, high-level user stories, and priorities.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to plan and prioritize initiatives that align with business strategy.
  • Build and support business cases for new digital capabilities.
  • Evaluate sprints to ensure business benefits are being delivered and take action when they are not.
  • Coach and support product managers through ongoing feedback and guidance.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering digital products in an agile environment.
  • Experience supporting, guiding, or line managing other product managers is preferred.
  • Ability to balance business needs with a user-centered product approach.
  • Strong ability to clearly explain what you are doing and why it adds value to customers and the business.
  • Experience with product strategy practices such as prioritization, backlog management, and writing product visions.
  • Willingness to try new methodologies and adapt approaches as needed.
  • Experience working in a cross-disciplinary product environment with design, content, development, and optimization teams.
