Description

  • Reopen dormant relationships with architects and developers and initiate new business conversations.
  • Review past proposals and contact history to craft relevant outreach and follow-up messages.
  • Conduct outreach by phone and email, adapting conversations in real time and securing meetings for the President.
  • Build and maintain a structured outreach tracker with cadence, notes, status, and next steps.
  • Research target firms, their leadership, websites, and recent projects before making contact.
  • Document outcomes, relationship insights, and reasons deals were lost or stalled.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and inbox-related follow-ups to reduce the President’s administrative burden.
  • Draft clear, professional emails in the client’s voice for outreach and internal coordination.
  • Track active proposals or projects, deadlines, missing items, and follow-ups until resolved.
  • Support LinkedIn monitoring, marketing updates, and research into firms, partnerships, or opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with outbound business development using calls and email for professional clients in AEC, engineering, construction, or a similar field.
  • Comfort initiating conversations with senior professionals without relying on scripts.
  • Ability to build and manage your own tracking system and follow-up cadence with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational discipline for documenting conversations, insights, next steps, and relationship details consistently.
  • Ability to write clear, professional emails that sound executive-level rather than administrative.
  • Comfort asking direct questions, including why proposals were lost or stalled.
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguity and create structure where none exists.
  • Must be based in the Philippines and able to work fully remote during US business hours with Pacific Time alignment.
  • Must be comfortable communicating on video calls and submitting a 1–2 minute introduction video with the application.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, RingCentral, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks support, or similar tools is expected or preferred.
