Description

  • Lead structured client onboarding discovery and expectation-setting calls to clarify scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Document client workflows into detailed SOPs that VAs can execute independently.
  • Draft and refine job descriptions so they accurately reflect responsibilities, skills, and workflows.
  • Coordinate with Placement Specialists to confirm role readiness and align on candidate profiles.
  • Manage client communication, follow-ups, and blockers throughout the onboarding process.
  • Train newly placed VAs on documented workflows and verify competency before handoff.
  • Oversee the transition from placement to Operations and resolve gaps that could disrupt delivery.
  • Identify workflow ambiguities or missing information and proactively close those gaps.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, account management, or operations.
  • Must be able to make decisions independently without supervision and know when to escalate issues.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex workflows into clear, usable instructions.
  • Experience balancing structured processes with client engagement and collaboration.
  • Ability to work proactively with partial information and resolve ambiguity.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally in a fully remote team environment.
  • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp or Monday.com is preferred.
  • Experience with SOP and documentation tools is preferred.
  • Comfortable communicating on video calls and working in a fully remote role based in the Philippines.
