Description

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft and execute the go-to-market and sales strategy for the Converged Identity Platform with explicit focus on Privilege Access Management (PAM).
  • Lead key sales conversations and presentations throughout the customer lifecycle, from prospecting to post-sale, to maximize revenue and ensure customer success.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics and adjust sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Engage and build relationships with regional partners to drive revenue growth and product adoption across the Eastern regions of the US.
  • Drive profitable subscription revenue growth in alignment with company strategic goals.
  • Assess and improve current partnerships and develop short- and long-term partner strategies to establish a predictable, metric-driven revenue stream.
  • Propose and implement adjustments to optimize sales performance and work with cross-functional teams to refine sales processes, tools, and resources to support growth.
  • Train and enable field Account Executives, Client Success Managers, and other customer-facing teams on PAM use cases, competitive landscape, and best practices, and develop sales enablement content and training materials.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by collaborating with product, product marketing, and sales to shape competitive positioning, increase market awareness, and inform product improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in the Privilege Access Management (PAM) technology space.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex PAM strategies, drive revenue growth, and scale sales operations.
  • Strong understanding of subscription-based/SaaS business models and how to drive predictable, sustainable subscription revenue.
  • Experience selling to enterprise-level customers in a security-focused environment.
  • Experience selling into Cloud-only and hybrid infrastructure environments.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, product marketing, and sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and manage multiple priorities, with prior experience in remote-first organizations or managing remote teams.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Experience with Privilege Access Management vendors or partners (preferred).
