Description

  • Implement data monitoring systems and mechanisms to track compliance with quality process requirements, call scoring, and calibration.
  • Monitor and evaluate prospect and customer interactions across lines of business to assess quality of engagement and process compliance.
  • Drive investigative projects to identify opportunities to improve behaviors, processes, procedures, tools, training, and outcomes.
  • Analyze sales engagement data and deliver data-driven insights across segments, regions, and industries to inform improvements.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Sales Operations stakeholders to design, implement, and ensure accountability in quality programs.
  • Leverage tools such as LLMs, Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and similar platforms to parse data and derive actionable recommendations.
  • Utilize industry best practices and tools to ensure high standards of service in all prospect and customer interactions.
  • Champion and embed company cultural principles (customer success, long-term thinking, growth mindset, inclusivity, teamwork) as quality programs scale.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Operations, Quality, Management Consulting, or Program Management, ideally in a SaaS environment or fast-paced IT consulting role.
  • Proven track record launching transformational quality projects that measurably increase team productivity and customer outcomes.
  • Ability to ramp up quickly on business priorities and derive insights from data.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with a wide variety of stakeholders, including account reps, managers, and technical roles.
  • Poise under pressure when working through issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience with process improvement and documentation.
  • Experience with Gong and/or Salesforce (preferred).
  • Project management or industry certifications, e.g., COPC or PMP (preferred).
  • This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.

  • Annual base salary range: $106,802.50 — $143,600 USD.
