Description

  • Design and implement data monitoring systems to assess the quality of prospect and customer interactions across lines of business
  • Monitor interactions to evaluate engagement quality and process compliance
  • Implement tracking mechanisms for quality process requirements, call scoring, and calibration
  • Drive investigative projects to identify opportunities to improve behaviors, processes, procedures, tools, training, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with Sales and Sales Operations stakeholders to implement quality programs and ensure accountability
  • Analyze data using LLMs, Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and similar tools to derive actionable insights
  • Deliver data-driven insights on sales team engagements across all segments, regions, and industries
  • Support teams across segments and help build a sustainable quality function and culture
  • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (customer focus, long-term thinking, growth mindset, inclusivity, teamwork)

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Operations, Quality, Management Consulting, or Program Management, ideally in a SaaS environment or fast-paced IT consulting role
  • Proven track record launching transformational quality projects that measurably increase team productivity and customer outcomes
  • Ability to ramp up quickly on business priorities and derive insights from data
  • Experience analyzing data and using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with account reps, managers, and technical stakeholders
  • Poise under pressure in fast-paced environments
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on process improvement and documentation
  • Experience with Gong and/or Salesforce (preferred)
  • Project management or industry certifications such as COPC or PMP (preferred)
  • Must reside in Canada (role is remote and open to candidates residing in Canada) and be able to secure the legal right to work where required

  • Annual base salary range: $113,050–$133,000 CAD
