Description

  • Develop and maintain executive‑level relationships within strategic, named accounts
  • Own customer engagements end‑to‑end, from prospecting and qualification to close
  • Prospect actively and perform strategic outbound outreach to expand pipeline
  • Manage complex, solution‑based sales campaigns and drive deals to closure
  • Demonstrate and apply consultative, solution selling to meet customer needs
  • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles across customer interactions and internal teams
  • Learn customers’ operations and business context to tailor solutions and build long‑term trust

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a full‑cycle, closing sales role with Enterprise customers
  • Proven track record of consistent quota over‑achievement in complex accounts
  • Experience closing $500k+ ARR transactions or handling enterprise deal sizes
  • Experience owning C‑level relationships and engaging executive stakeholders
  • Willingness and comfort with strategic outbound prospecting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
  • Open to candidates residing in the US and able to work in EST or CST timezones
  • Preferred: experience working with line‑of‑business stakeholders (Operations, Finance, IT)
  • Preferred: recognitions for top sales achievement (e.g., President’s Club, Winner’s Circle, Top 10%)
  • Preferred: passion for the world of physical operations
