Description

  • Scale global insurance relationships with key strategic brokers and carriers to drive sales and adoption of Samsara technology.
  • Orchestrate go-to-market alignment between insurance partners and Samsara’s GTM teams to demonstrate product safety impact.
  • Refine and continuously evolve Samsara’s insurance value proposition.
  • Work with product and insurance data to demonstrate actuarial-grade safety outcomes and quantify impact for partners.
  • Build, hire, manage, and motivate a high-performing team of Partner and Program Managers across the US, Mexico, and Canada.
  • Shape and scale the broader insurance ecosystem and partnership strategy to help partners grow profitably.
  • Align cross-functional teams toward common partnership goals and navigate multi-stakeholder deals across several companies.
  • Create and implement structure, processes, and commercial models to support partnership growth and operational consistency.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in insurance, partnerships, business development, consulting, or sales.
  • Experience architecting mutual value propositions and developing strong partnerships from the ground up.
  • Experience working with telematics data, ideally in an insurance context.
  • Proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder deals involving multiple organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to create structure, process, and commercial models to scale partnerships.
  • Experience leading, hiring, and scaling partner/program management teams across multiple countries or regions.
  • Ability to align cross-functional teams and orchestrate GTM strategies.
  • Role is remote and open to candidates residing in the US.
