Description

  • Develop executive-level relationships within strategic, named enterprise accounts.
  • Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification through POC and trial management to pricing negotiation and close.
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Consistently prospect and expand pipeline through strategic outbound outreach and research.
  • Demonstrate and execute a solution-based sales process for complex enterprise campaigns.
  • Lead and coordinate proof-of-concept (POC) and trial deployments to validate value and secure adoption.
  • Travel regularly (monthly) to meet customers and build long-term, trust-based relationships in the field.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles and collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts and $100k+ ARR transactions.
  • Experience owning enterprise deal sizes and building relationships with C-level executives.
  • Willing and comfortable with strategic outbound prospecting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Willing and able to travel monthly to meet customers.
  • Must reside in the US and be able to work EST and CST timezones (remote role).
  • Experience engaging line-of-business stakeholders (Operations, Finance, IT) is preferred.
  • Recognized sales achievement (e.g., President’s Club, Winner’s Circle, Top 10%) is a plus.
  • Passion for the world of operations is preferred.
