Description

  • Execute multiple high-complexity research projects independently across all phases from sale to delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors.
  • Review project specifications and research designs for fielding and data collection.
  • Monitor project elements continuously, identify risks, and resolve issues to keep work on track.
  • Manage external vendors and partners to meet project timelines and budget requirements.
  • Communicate project updates, recommendations, and issues to clients, internal teams, and senior staff throughout the project cycle.
  • Deploy sample, coordinate with vendors, and monitor fielding to ensure quota and completion targets are met on schedule.
  • Support coding, analysis, reporting, validation, and preparation of data deliveries.
  • Share tools, approaches, and process improvements with the team and assist with training and shadowing as needed.
  • Escalate issues to team leads or managers when problems cannot be resolved independently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Project Manager role or a related role required.
  • Experience as a Market Research Project Manager or Senior Project Manager is desired.
  • Experience with research design, reporting, data analysis, international data collection, and multimode methodology is a plus.
  • Experience using DIY survey tools and/or panel software is a plus.
  • Strong technical orientation, logical thinking, and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to balance quality assurance, project volume, project complexity, and varying timelines, including rush timelines.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt to change, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a “right first time” approach.
