Description

Develop and enhance DevOps functionality for CI/CD pipeline solutions.
Improve and maintain GitLab pipeline configurations and related pipeline processes.
Interpret cyber security guidelines to resolve code vulnerabilities.
Monitor, research, and pilot solutions to optimize the parent scan pipeline and streamline CI/CD tools and processes.
Support GitLab upgrades from the vendor, including evening support as needed.
Configure customer projects and access to the pipeline, including Git setup on customer assets and credentials in customer repositories.
Onboard new applications and customers into the CI/CD environment and provide training, technical guidance, and troubleshooting support.
Create, maintain, update, and monitor gitlab-ci.yaml files, child pipelines, test projects, and health checks.
Research alternatives, recommend technical solutions, and architect new CI/CD environments and pipelines, including cloud migration and classified system support.
Prepare and present demos, briefs, newsletters, and technical documentation for customers, leadership, and internal teams.

Requirements

CI/CD implementation experience required.
Experience designing and developing DevOps pipelines required.
Strong communication and documentation skills, including preparing technical guidance, how-to instructions, test plans, demos, and training materials.
CompTIA Security+ certification required, or willingness to obtain it within 90 days of onboarding.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced technical environment.
Experience with GitLab Ultimate, Nexus, DORA metrics, and Prisma Cloud preferred.
Experience with OpenShift, Nexus, or Amazon ECS is a plus.
Active TS/SSBI clearance desired, or active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SSBI.
Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience, associate degree and 14 years of related experience, or high school diploma and 16 years of related experience.
