Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Develop and oversee customized marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Define and drive the marketing strategy for each assigned client.
  • Communicate with clients weekly by phone, email, and Zoom, while managing requests and projects in the internal system.
  • Analyze performance data from platforms such as Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, and GA4.
  • Create campaign performance reports with actionable insights and proactive recommendations.
  • Collaborate with analysts, strategists, and other internal team members to support client goals.
  • Grow client accounts by expanding services, increasing revenue, and generating referrals.
  • Foster relationships with strategic partners to support client satisfaction and retention.
  • Mentor Client Success Coordinators and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of account management experience in a fast-growing digital marketing agency in a client-facing role.
  • Experience driving revenue growth through new business, upselling, or expanded solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for managing escalations and relationships.
  • Hands-on experience with Paid Media and/or SEO strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, and Google Analytics 4.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience in an agency environment managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced workflow.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results and helping businesses grow.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and resolve conflicts proactively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Preferred: Certifications in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, Google Ads Search, Google Ads Display, and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • The role is salaried nonexempt with a competitive base salary range and potential quarterly bonuses.
