Description

  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the paid media onboarding process.
  • Lead sales-to-operations handoff meetings and document key project details.
  • Facilitate client kickoff meetings and collect required credentials, assets, approvals, and onboarding information.
  • Manage onboarding projects in Wrike, including timelines, deliverables, and client communications.
  • Verify all required information and approvals are received before account builds begin.
  • Coordinate outstanding deliverables, approvals, status updates, and launch communications.
  • Maintain and improve the client onboarding portal and questionnaire with the Operations Lead.
  • Coordinate timely involvement from the operations team when technical paid media expertise is needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, account management, client success, or a similar client-facing coordination role.
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Local Services Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Experience using project management software such as Wrike and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to confidently lead client meetings and explain onboarding requirements and processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing client onboarding, implementation, or project transitions in an agency environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager is preferred.
  • PMP certification or a similar project management credential is a plus.
