Description

  • Annotate text, video, and geographic data accurately and consistently according to predefined guidelines.
  • Conduct basic research to support accurate data annotation.
  • Evaluate and curate data in the required language.
  • Identify patterns in annotated data and provide feedback to improve annotation processes.
  • Maintain high attention to detail and quality throughout annotation tasks.
  • Meet deadlines while following instructions and adapting to evolving requirements.
  • Participate in post-hire training and communicate questions or feedback proactively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Based in Brazil and available for full-time work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM PST.
  • Excellent English comprehension and written communication skills; additional language knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and follow instructions.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Must pass a client exam and interview with the hiring team.
  • Access to a personal laptop or desktop for RWS systems.
  • Previous data annotation or content review experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Appen Annotation Platform (ADAP), machine learning principles, or a professional work environment is preferred.
