Description

Annotate text, video, and geographic data accurately and consistently according to predefined guidelines.
Conduct basic research to support accurate data annotation.
Evaluate and curate data in the required language.
Identify patterns in annotated data and provide feedback to improve annotation processes.
Maintain high attention to detail and quality throughout annotation tasks.
Meet deadlines while following instructions and adapting to evolving requirements.
Participate in post-hire training and communicate questions or feedback proactively.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
Based in Brazil and available for full-time work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM PST.
Excellent English comprehension and written communication skills; additional language knowledge is a plus.
Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas.
Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and follow instructions.
Detail-oriented, reliable, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
Must pass a client exam and interview with the hiring team.
Access to a personal laptop or desktop for RWS systems.
Previous data annotation or content review experience is preferred.
Familiarity with the Appen Annotation Platform (ADAP), machine learning principles, or a professional work environment is preferred.
