Description

  • Provide FP&A support across budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models for revenue, expense, and profitability analysis.
  • Use AI tools to improve financial modeling, forecasting accuracy, and business decision support.
  • Lead weekly and monthly reporting on revenue and operational KPIs, including trend analysis for management.
  • Review and benchmark performance against competitors and provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Build financial models to evaluate commercial opportunities in the U.S. and internationally.
  • Partner with business units to identify key drivers, trends, and support company objectives.
  • Improve FP&A efficiency through automation, better models, and enhanced reporting tools.
  • Handle ad hoc requests and analyses from the business.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • CPA preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, public accounting, and/or corporate finance.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills.
  • Superior Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to apply AI strategically.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple areas and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership is a plus.
  • Experience with NetSuite Planning and Budgeting software is a plus.
  • Previous gaming experience and/or being an avid sports fan is a plus.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and innovation skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally domestically and internationally.

  • $90,000 to $110,000 USD base salary.
