Description

  • Analyze player activity, gameplay data, and related signals to detect suspicious behavior such as bot usage, collusion, chip dumping, and real-time assistance tools.
  • Lead complex investigations into flagged or reported player activity and determine appropriate actions according to integrity policies.
  • Monitor, investigate, and resolve game integrity issues to ensure consistent enforcement of rules and procedures.
  • Provide advanced integrity analysis and actionable insights to support investigations, trend monitoring, and player behavior detection.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Risk, Payments, Poker Operations, and Marketing teams on integrity-related issues and player experience concerns.
  • Partner with the Game Integrity & Data Analytics Manager to improve monitoring tools, detection methods, and reporting capabilities.
  • Identify emerging risks, trends, and process improvement opportunities to evolve game integrity frameworks.
  • Support documentation, refinement, and maintenance of standard operating procedures and best practices.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in game integrity and provide guidance and informal mentorship to junior analysts.
  • Support leadership on strategic and operational initiatives related to player protection and ecosystem health.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or related discipline preferred, but not required.
  • 2+ years of experience in game integrity or related integrity-focused roles, preferably within poker.
  • Deep understanding of poker game integrity, including bot detection, RTA detection, collusion, chip dumping, and fraud vectors.
  • Strong experience defining game integrity policies and designing, optimizing, and maintaining operational procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience with data analytics platforms or querying tools is a plus.
  • Experience with R, Python, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for poker and commitment to delivering a fair, high-quality player experience.
  • Significant online poker expertise; a history of serious play is a plus.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, domestically and internationally.
