Description

  • Hold overall operational responsibility for all Ruby Hotels and ensure quality, efficiency, and profitability targets are met.
  • Lead and develop Cluster Hotel Managers and their teams with a focus on performance, potential, and personality.
  • Monitor key metrics, budgets, and operational processes, then analyze results and drive sustainable improvements.
  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership across the portfolio.
  • Ensure Ruby standards and brand values are consistently lived in every hotel, from atmosphere to guest experience.
  • Work closely with F&B, Rooms, Openings, Interior, and other Group Functions to improve operational workflows.
  • Support the preparation and operational readiness of new hotel openings.
  • Drive cross-property consistency and continuous operational improvement across existing hotels.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in hotel operations, including 5 years in group-level or multi-property leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to lead with clarity and empathy, and to inspire and empower others.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a solution-oriented and clear communication style.
  • Strong numerical understanding, confident decision-making, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of company culture as a critical driver of long-term success.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Comfort working in international organizational structures.
