Description

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global partner marketing programs from design and pilot through global rollout and optimization.
  • Build global program kits and playbooks that enable regional field marketing teams to execute consistently and efficiently.
  • Manage and optimize global rewards and incentive programs that drive early-stage deal registration and pipeline velocity.
  • Analyze regional performance data to identify expansion opportunities for rewards programs in new markets.
  • Create and manage a global partner champion community focused on technical and sales advocates.
  • Lead strategy and execution for executive summits, partner advisory boards, and the partner experience at the annual Forward user conference.
  • Manage and mentor a focused team and provide strategic guidance and project management to hit global milestones.
  • Serve as the primary advocate for the Partner Marketing organization across product launches, corporate events, and sales strategy.
  • Design and manage a global partner communication architecture to ensure timely and high-impact information delivery across regions.
  • Own the global partner calendar across newsletters, portal updates, webinars, and Rubrik.com while coordinating across Partner Sales, Product Marketing, and Channel Ops.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Proven success building and scaling operational frameworks for complex global partner programs.
  • Strong operational rigor with the ability to establish structure, discipline, and predictability across complex programs.
  • Ability to drive accountability, ensure follow-through, and manage program dependencies.
  • Skilled at using metrics and insights to guide decisions, prioritize actions, and measure impact.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative, with a strong focus on results.
  • Strong communication skills across different time zones and teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel 25-35%.
  • Experience in tech marketing is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $144,400-$216,600 USD for SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC, and Seattle.
  • Base salary range of $130,000-$195,000 USD for all other U.S. offices/remote locations.
  • Eligible for bonus potential.
  • Eligible for equity.
  • Benefits package included.
