Description

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for renewal KPIs such as ARR retention, churn, on-time renewal rate, and pipeline coverage.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses on renewal trends, customer behavior, cohort performance, and territory outcomes to generate actionable leadership insights.
  • Support in-quarter and long-range renewal forecasting by maintaining forecast models and tracking actuals versus plan.
  • Prepare and present performance summaries for MBRs, QBRs, and senior leadership reviews.
  • Identify at-risk renewals and escalate findings with supporting data to Renewals Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Analyze end-to-end renewal workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Document current-state processes and design future-state workflows that reduce cycle times, improve accuracy, and support scalability.
  • Review renewal quotes for accuracy, policy compliance, and adherence to approved discount frameworks.
  • Help develop quoting frameworks for multi-year, co-term, and mid-term expansion scenarios.
  • Conduct data quality audits across CRM and renewal systems and help implement governance controls.
  • Partner with IT, RevOps, BI, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success on system enhancements, integrations, automation, and process standards.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Renewal Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, or Business Operations in a high-tech industry, preferably in hyper-growth, cloud-based technology businesses.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Salesforce.com, and Clari.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across functions and prioritize concurrent tasks and deliverables.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with a bias for action and results.
  • Strong independent project management skills, including defining and executing project timelines, dependencies, and risk factors.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage multiple competing priorities with high ownership and autonomy.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience with CPQ tools such as Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, or Apttus, and/or forecasting platforms such as Clari, preferred.
  • Familiarity with renewal quoting workflows, including multi-year and co-term deal structures, preferred.
  • Understanding of SaaS renewal metrics such as ARR, NRR, GRR, churn rate, renewal rate, and pipeline coverage, preferred.
  • Exposure to subscription lifecycle management, contract data, and revenue recognition concepts, preferred.
  • Knowledge of SQL or Python for data extraction and ad hoc analysis is a strong plus.
