Description

  • Execute outbound prospecting through cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling to engage decision-makers in target accounts.
  • Research and profile contacts at target companies and secure introductory meetings.
  • Attend industry conferences to network, identify leads, and schedule follow-up meetings.
  • Use CRM systems and outreach automation tools to manage data and track interactions.
  • Create tailored outreach messaging and materials based on prospect business needs and market context.
  • Run sales meetings and guide prospects through registration and activation on the platform.
  • Convert interested prospects into active campaigns within a short sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, or in a similar outbound-focused role.
  • Strong research and prospect profiling skills for targeted outreach.
  • Experience working with digital-native companies.
  • Familiarity with the digital marketing sector is a plus.
  • Experience targeting small and mid-market companies and agencies.
  • Knowledge of the DACH market and its business environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM and outbound automation tools.
  • Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills in German and English (C1 or above).
