Description

  • Architect and oversee the end-to-end testing strategy for frontend and backend systems.
  • Design, develop, and scale automated testing frameworks using Python or TypeScript.
  • Drive the evolution of QA processes and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
  • Perform exploratory testing on complex new features and provide feedback on design and edge cases.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and product stakeholders to embed quality from the design phase.
  • Mentor the team on testability, automation patterns, and defect management.
  • Own or organize QA processes at the team or department level.
  • Balance high-level quality strategy with hands-on automation and exploratory testing.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in QA roles, with a track record of designing automation architectures.
  • Experience in at least 2 different companies or organizations.
  • Strong proficiency in either Python or TypeScript for test automation.
  • Deep understanding of modern software architecture, API testing, and frontend automation patterns.
  • Experience using AI tools such as LLMs, agents, or coding assistants to speed up test script writing, edge-case data generation, and documentation.
  • Experience owning or organizing QA processes at a team or department level.
  • Technical fluency with Git, Linux basics, and solid SQL skills.
  • English and Polish proficiency at B2+ level.
  • Experience building or scaling QA chapters in fast-growing engineering teams is preferred.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native environments such as GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred.
  • Performance and load testing expertise is preferred.
  • Experience with GraphQL and BigQuery is preferred.
  • A UX-oriented mindset focused on customer value is preferred.
