Description

  • Provide customer support by phone and chat in English and Spanish.
  • Assist customers and internal teams by troubleshooting complex issues and delivering solutions.
  • Maintain current knowledge of evolving product features and enhancements.
  • Track and update support tickets and activities in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, Product, Revenue, and Engineering teams.
  • Balance support quality and efficiency while introducing creative improvements.
  • Provide rotating holiday coverage and occasional weekend coverage as needed.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of bilingual customer support experience.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication, patience, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting a high daily volume of customers by phone, email, and chat.
  • Ability to learn evolving products and remain proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work approximately 12 PM–1 PM EST or 9 AM–10 AM PST start times, with flexibility based on team needs.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment preferred.
  • Experience with Intercom preferred.
