Description

  • Own the design queue and lead high-visibility creative concept development.
  • Build and maintain the Rolling Arrays brand system, including logo usage, color, type, grid, components, templates, and usage guidelines.
  • Keep the consulting division, technology division, and master brand visually consistent across all touchpoints.
  • Develop a signature illustration language and supporting iconography, infographic, photography, and motion styles.
  • Design cohesive assets across website pages, social content, sales decks, event collateral, ads, and email.
  • Create reusable templates and components that keep collateral on-brand at scale.
  • Use generative AI tools for image generation, generative fill, upscaling, editing, and rapid concepting.
  • Develop prompt and asset workflows that keep AI-generated work consistent and production-ready.
  • Own end-to-end creative development and quality for advertising campaigns.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in visual or brand design with a portfolio showing one coherent identity across multiple channels and formats.
  • Mastery of a strong illustration style, including dimensional, geometric, perspective-led work.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining a design system or brand system.
  • Deep command of Figma and the Adobe suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects.
  • Hands-on fluency with AI design tools and a clear point of view on their use.
  • Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, color, and composition.
  • Comfort designing for web with clean handoff to a modern site builder, as well as for print and event collateral.
  • B2B SaaS or professional services design experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR technology or enterprise software is preferred.
  • Webflow, motion design, or 3D tooling experience is preferred.
