Description

  • Lead project delivery from initiation through formal closure, managing scope, schedule, resources, finances, and quality.
  • Build client relationships and lead executive project reviews and steering committee presentations.
  • Manage risks, issues, and escalations, developing mitigation plans and resolving critical blockers.
  • Lead, motivate, and align cross-functional project teams.
  • Coach junior team members, conduct regular one-to-ones, and provide structured feedback.
  • Follow PMO standards and contribute to methodology improvements.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready project documentation.
  • Drive program and workstream execution, scope control, risk reviews, and budget tracking.
  • Monitor burn rates and assess scope changes against project budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 7–10 years of project management experience in HRTech implementations.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale software implementations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
  • Demonstrated people management and team development capabilities.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
  • Experience managing project risks, scope, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, resilience, and mentoring skills.
