Description

  • Define and maintain infrastructure architecture standards, principles, guidelines, and governance.
  • Design cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructure architectures covering compute, storage, networking, and connectivity.
  • Define high availability, disaster recovery, business continuity, scalability, capacity, and performance architectures.
  • Design infrastructure environments and integration requirements for enterprise applications and platforms.
  • Review infrastructure designs and major projects, providing architecture recommendations.
  • Assess current infrastructure against target architecture and identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and modernization needs.
  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Network, Cloud, DevOps, Application, and Technology teams.
  • Support infrastructure modernization, transformation, cloud adoption, and optimization initiatives.
  • Maintain architecture documentation, diagrams, standards, and decision records.
  • Ensure compliance with Enterprise Architecture, technology standards, security requirements, and applicable regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, technology architecture, or related technical roles.
  • Significant infrastructure architecture experience in large, complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience with cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructure architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure technologies.
  • Experience designing highly available, disaster recovery, resilient, scalable infrastructure solutions.
  • Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure security, connectivity, and integration requirements.
  • Experience collaborating with DevOps, Cybersecurity, Network, Cloud, and Application teams.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure standards, architecture governance, and technology lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Banking or financial services experience preferred; SAMA-regulated environment experience is an advantage.
  • TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architecture, or other recognized infrastructure/cloud certifications preferred.
