Description

  • Set and enforce UiPath development standards, architectural patterns, and delivery frameworks across team projects.
  • Act as the technical escalation point for complex automation challenges, integration issues, and solution design decisions.
  • Review and validate solution designs to ensure scalability, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Oversee the quality of UiPath deliverables across design, build, test, and deployment stages.
  • Stay current on UiPath platform developments and translate new capabilities into improved delivery approaches.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
  • Monitor project KPIs, manage risks proactively, and implement mitigation plans before issues escalate.
  • Ensure compliance with internal delivery processes, governance frameworks, and quality standards.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and resource allocation across concurrent engagements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in intelligent automation software engineering with hands-on UiPath architectural expertise.
  • Proven track record as a Technical Lead managing, staffing, and mentoring engineering teams.
  • Strong command of advanced software engineering principles and CI/CD operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Git version control, and core programming languages used to build custom automation components.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to run technical workshops, elicit detailed business requirements, and negotiate architectural decisions with non-technical executives.
  • Hands-on development or architectural experience in Blue Prism is highly valuable.
  • Proficiency in building custom automation components using C#, .NET, or Python is a strong plus.
  • UiPath Certified Professional Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification is a strong plus.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML models or document understanding tools into RPA workflows is a strong plus.
