Description

  • Own ESGI’s multi-year growth strategy and product roadmap.
  • Define pricing, packaging, and positioning to maximize demand.
  • Expand adoption and retention across classrooms, schools, and districts.
  • Partner with engineering to ensure predictable delivery and technical quality.
  • Support go-to-market execution through launches, messaging, and adoption plays.
  • Embed educator insights into product decisions and prioritize what to build next.
  • Pilot, measure, and scale initiatives that improve product and business outcomes.
  • Build partnerships and integrations that support growth.
  • Serve as an external voice for ESGI with teachers and school leaders.

Requirements

  • Experience in K–2, early learning, teacher tools, or assessment is strongly preferred.
  • Strong ability to expand a SaaS product’s reach, usage, revenue, and brand.
  • Deep understanding of teacher workflows and the simplicity required for classroom use.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive outcomes in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience turning customer insights into scalable, technically feasible product solutions.
  • Understanding of SaaS product development tradeoffs, including scope, complexity, and delivery timelines.
  • Confidence representing a product to teachers and school leaders externally.
  • Scrappy, resourceful, and entrepreneurial approach with strong judgment under pressure.
  • Ability to focus on the levers that drive adoption and market expansion.
  • Accountable mindset with emphasis on measurable business outcomes.
