Description

  • Recruit eligible English Language Learner (ELL) and/or Language Impairment (LI) students from school or professional networks.
  • Obtain required parent or guardian consent for student participation.
  • Administer standardized cognitive and language assessments to students ages 5 to 19 with fidelity.
  • Follow all standardized testing procedures and documentation protocols.
  • Submit completed assessment materials in a timely manner.
  • Manage scheduling, communication, and follow-through across multiple cases.
  • Maintain ethical testing practices and confidentiality requirements.
  • Work independently and manage a personal caseload as a 1099 contractor.
  • Collaborate with Riverside's research team through asynchronous training and ongoing support.

Requirements

  • Active experience working with ELL and/or LI student populations.
  • Direct access to eligible students.
  • Strong adherence to standardized testing procedures.
  • Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor.
  • Reliable transportation for local travel.
  • Strong communication and follow-through skills.
  • Active licensure as a School Psychologist, Educational Diagnostician, or Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.
  • Bilingual ability in Spanish or other languages is helpful but not required.
  • Prior experience administering standardized assessments preferred.
