Description

  • Independently manage complex client implementations from kickoff through completion.
  • Lead cross-functional planning efforts, including requirements gathering, scope verification, dependency mapping, and milestone definition.
  • Maintain project plans, track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Serve as the primary coordination point between clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify blockers and trade-offs early and escalate issues with context and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate schedules, delivery artifacts, and documentation such as timelines, risk logs, decision logs, and retrospectives.
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies based on project needs.
  • Contribute to delivery excellence by following established standards and identifying process improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing SaaS role, ideally in onboarding or solution engineering.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with product data feed formats such as XML, TXT, CSV, and JSON, as well as FTP and API.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience managing multiple complex client projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong documentation and process development abilities.
  • Experience delivering software training content.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing technical SaaS role, ideally in onboarding or solution engineering (preferred).
  • Additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Familiarity with API integrations such as REST and SOAP.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and/or in the e-commerce industry.
  • Familiarity with remote-based training tools.
  • Formal training or certification in project management methodologies such as PMI or Agile.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $65,000-$95,000 per year.
  • Discretionary bonus of 10% of annual base salary.
