Description

  • Own the product vision and long-term strategy for a key area of Rithum’s commerce platform.
  • Drive roadmap prioritization, including scope, sequencing, and trade-off decisions.
  • Synthesize customer and market feedback from interviews, support tickets, and surveys into strategy inputs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, designers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to align on goals and execution.
  • Lead end-to-end product development from concept through launch, including PRDs, client discussions, testing, QA, and change management.
  • Use AI tools to prototype and validate product concepts, workflows, and low-fidelity mockups before engineering investment.
  • Use AI-assisted documentation workflows to produce PRDs, one-pagers, and release notes with strong editorial judgment.
  • Track development progress, report status to stakeholders, and support product release cycles.
  • Advocate for clients by triaging requests, following through on issues, and building trusted relationships.
  • Leverage AI-assisted data exploration and analysis to support evidence-based product decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven product management experience in SaaS with a complex enterprise product, preferably in eCommerce or marketplace platforms.
  • Experience working on AI-powered products, AI workflows, or data and insights platforms.
  • Strong experience across the full product development lifecycle, including goal setting, measurement, and business impact analysis.
  • Experience driving strategy and execution for complex, integrated software ecosystems or multiple-platform unification.
  • Experience using AI tools to synthesize qualitative research into themes, opportunity areas, and prioritization inputs.
  • Experience prototyping product concepts or workflows using AI tools such as wireframe descriptions, user flows, or low-fidelity mockups.
  • Experience using AI to accelerate product documentation workflows while maintaining quality and editorial judgment.
  • Comfort using AI-assisted tools for data exploration and analysis to support faster, evidence-based decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and present product strategy and impact to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytically minded with proficiency in data-driven decision making and experience with product analytics tools.
  • Experience collaborating with large enterprise clients.
  • Positive, growth-oriented mindset with a strong bias to action.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management experience preferred.
  • PM experience at a top tech company or fast-growing startup, preferably in eCommerce, preferred.
  • Intrapreneurial or founder mindset preferred.
  • Experience working on a global product management team preferred.

Benefits

  • Expected base salary range of $130,000-$195,000 per year.
  • Discretionary bonus of 10% of annual base salary.
