Description

  • Own the full lifecycle of customer onboarding projects from kickoff through 30 days post–go-live.
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for project delivery, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Build and manage detailed project plans, including dependencies across multiple teams.
  • Enforce a standardized Go-Live Checklist to ensure readiness for high-value accounts.
  • Act as the central communication hub across internal teams, sharing status, risks, and next steps.
  • Partner with Sales and Integration teams on merchant-facing onboarding communication and technical requirements.
  • Proactively identify, document, and escalate project risks and blockers.
  • Track and drive resolution of data and integration-related issues across teams.
  • Lead Go/No-Go decision meetings and present readiness status and final recommendations to leadership.
  • Ensure a smooth transition to Merchant Health and TAM teams after go-live, including open items and operational readiness.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience managing complex, technical, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Strong attention to timelines and dependencies.
  • Ability to clearly and proactively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A highly accountable, proactive approach with confidence to lead without direct authority.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and technical integrations.
  • Ability to facilitate conversations with engineering and data teams.
  • Proven ability to balance competing priorities and influence decision-making.
  • Ability to push back when needed.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a focus on validating outcomes, not just tracking progress.

  • Base salary range of $90,000–$110,000 for candidates in New York City.
