Description

  • Prepare financial analysis to track trends in revenue, expenses, and headcount and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare and monitor key financial and operational metrics and ensure accurate, timely KPI reporting.
  • Develop analytical frameworks and strategic insights to identify risks and opportunities in the company’s financial performance.
  • Research internal and external business drivers to assess their impact on business results.
  • Prepare quarterly presentations for senior management, the Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Support forecasting processes and the creation of annual and long-term business plans.
  • Act as a financial business partner and provide decision-support analysis for teams, projects, customer transactions, and other initiatives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve and optimize existing financial processes.
  • Assist with ad-hoc financial modeling, analysis, and reporting requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or another relevant field from a leading university.
  • 2+ years of direct experience in FP&A, Accounting, Investment Banking, or Financial Consulting.
  • CPA with Big 4 firm experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail.
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy with a strong focus on leveraging AI and automation tools to improve financial processes, efficiency, and insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
