Description

Develop working software for client and internal projects in a pair-programming environment.
Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver user-driven functionality.
Introduce and apply agile practices such as design thinking, test-driven development, and continuous deployment.
Educate clients unfamiliar with agile software development on modern delivery methods.
Contribute to the reliability and continuous improvement of software solutions.
Help ensure project success and client satisfaction through collaborative delivery.
Work alongside product and business operations professionals during the SkillBridge apprenticeship.
Participate in daily decision-making and product delivery on a balanced team.

Requirements

Currently on active duty and eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Eligible for a background investigation if hired.
Possess a growth mindset.
Demonstrated grit, resilience, and determination to overcome obstacles and achieve goals.
Entry-level experience or certifications relevant to the role being applied for (preferred).
Ability to work in a remote or on-site setting in Tampa or Los Angeles.
Length of internship preferred: 120-180 days.
Ability to work a 40-hour-per-week apprenticeship.
