Description

Lead HRIS configuration, maintenance, and enhancements for employee data, workflows, and reporting structures.
Translate HR business needs into system workflows, requirements, and process improvements.
Manage HRIS-related projects and coordinate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, compliance, and documentation of HR data and reporting.
Analyze HR data to support reporting, audits, and decision-making.
Administer core HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and employee inquiries, with a systems-first approach.
Provide clear HR communications and guidance to employees and managers on benefits, compensation, and policies.
Resolve HR issues promptly and help investigate challenges while recommending process improvements.
Build strong internal relationships through responsive HR support and professional representation of the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is required.
At least 4 years of relevant professional experience, including HRIS/systems and HR operations experience.
Direct experience administering HR systems such as HRIS, ATS, or onboarding platforms.
Strong experience with HRIS administration, configuration, and data management.
Experience translating business requirements into workflows, process improvements, or system solutions.
Experience supporting HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, data changes, and reporting.
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and data validation.
Experience coordinating projects or workstreams across cross-functional teams.
Solid foundational knowledge of core HR compliance areas, including confidential information, EEO, FMLA, ACA, and COBRA.
Strong attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
Previous experience with and strong proficiency in UKG Ready as an HRIS is strongly preferred.
Experience with process mapping, workflow automations, systems integration, and HR analytics is preferred.
Intermediate experience with AI tools, including their limitations and risks, and how they can support project management tasks.
