Description

  • Own delivery of accurate and timely partner data to downstream modeling and web application deliverables.
  • Evaluate, develop, and manage products and processes that optimize data delivery efficiency for external partners and the internal Partner Data team.
  • Work directly with external partners to resolve issues and pursue opportunities related to data ingestion, processing, and data quality.
  • Design, review, and propose Partner Data workflows in close collaboration with Partner Success, Data Science, and Engineering teams.
  • Hire, develop, and supervise the Partner Data team, setting priorities and driving execution.
  • Execute on data implementation and calibration deliverables when capable and as needed.
  • Build and maintain a collaborative culture focused on ownership and empathy for partner needs.
  • Communicate status, risks, and strategy to internal and external stakeholders, including technical and executive audiences.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience building and managing data implementation processes for enterprise software (experience in data science and/or event ticketing is a plus).
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams (data solutions, analytics engineering, implementation services) that partner with engineering, data science, and customer success.
  • Product management experience related to data ingestion, classification, review, and validation.
  • Strong communication skills for conveying technical concepts and strategies to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Background in data architecture (data lakes, data warehouses) and data engineering pipelines (ETL/ELT).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and proficiency with Python, SQL, and BI software (e.g., Tableau).
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with ticketing system data (e.g., Tickets.com, Ticketmaster) and familiarity with statistical modeling methodologies/tools are preferred.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, reasoning, creative thinking, and ability to generate value in an entrepreneurial environment.

  • Base pay $165,000–$185,000 per year.
