Description

  • Own day-to-day paid social strategy and execution, primarily in Meta Ads Manager.
  • Drive efficient volume against growth targets using downstream CPA and cost-per-funded-customer metrics.
  • Build channels from zero to one and test, validate, and scale campaign structures over 6–12 weeks.
  • Define success criteria and manage initiatives end to end.
  • Partner with data science and analytics teams on incrementality measurement, including geo-based experiments.
  • Lead ongoing creative, targeting, and campaign-structure optimization and testing.
  • Optimize secondary channels such as YouTube and Trade Desk/OTT programmatic display when in scope.
  • Translate performance data into prioritized recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Align paid social strategy and pacing with paid search and broader media teams.
  • Manage creative and compliance reviews while maintaining testing velocity.

Requirements

  • Senior Manager level or above with substantial hands-on Meta campaign-building and optimization experience.
  • Fintech experience is required; comparable regulated financial-services experience is considered only exceptionally.
  • Experience managing six-figure monthly paid social budgets in mid-market or enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience taking a channel from zero to one with rigorous testing and validation frameworks.
  • Strong experimentation background, including incrementality studies and geo-experiments.
  • Ability to connect platform performance with business outcomes and unit economics.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving organization.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and adjacent paid social platforms.
  • Familiarity with analytics and measurement tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Looker, Northbeam, Rockerbox, or Haus.
  • Trade Desk/programmatic display, OTT, or paid YouTube experience is preferred.
