Description

  • Build creative strategies rooted in persona insights, campaign objectives, and brand positioning.
  • Ideate ad campaign concepts and turn them into actionable briefs for visual creators.
  • Review UGC, video, static, and carousel ad assets and provide tactful, performance-focused feedback.
  • Work cross-functionally with media buyers, growth strategists, and creative teams to improve iteration and results.
  • Learn and apply internal frameworks and playbooks that support the team’s work.
  • Collaborate directly with clients in monthly strategy calls.
  • Develop content menus that guide clients on what content to produce.
  • Provide top-level scripts, shoot guidance, and narrative building support for client content production.
  • Guide clients on creative direction and execution aligned with platform best practices and advertising performance standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital, social creative, or content strategy role, either agency or in-house.
  • Deep interest in content, ads, and internet culture, including awareness of trends and what people are posting.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills for internal teams and client conversations.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect brand, audience, platform, and execution.
  • Strong creative instincts and a sharp eye for what works and what does not.
  • Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, UGC, or ecommerce brands is a bonus.
  • Some familiarity with direct-response creative and funnel strategy is a bonus.
  • Ability to work remotely across AUS / NZ / SEA time zones is preferred.
  • Available to start in April or May 2026.
  • Full-time availability.
