Description

  • Manage scheduling updates and session coordination activities.
  • Respond promptly to scheduling-related chats, emails, and communication requests.
  • Coordinate therapist and client session changes.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records across multiple systems.
  • Communicate scheduling updates clearly and professionally to families, therapists, and internal teams.
  • Support operational workflow management related to scheduling activities.
  • Monitor scheduling conflicts and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and administrative records.
  • Support additional scheduling, coordination, and operational tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in scheduling coordination, healthcare scheduling, appointment coordination, administrative coordination, customer service coordination, operations support, or healthcare administration preferred.
  • Experience within ABA therapy, healthcare scheduling, therapy coordination, or high-volume scheduling environments preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills required.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy required.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously required.
  • Strong responsiveness and sense of urgency required.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills required.
  • Professional and friendly communication style required.
  • Strong computer literacy required.
  • Ability to manage chats, emails, and scheduling systems simultaneously required.
  • Good typing speed and administrative accuracy required.
  • Ability to learn new scheduling platforms and systems quickly required.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup required.
