Description

  • Provide expert technical support and maintenance for the client application.
  • Support application development, enhancements, accessibility, integration, optimization, and maintenance.
  • Ensure application availability and correct operational performance.
  • Work within a sprint-based Agile development cycle.
  • Establish and manage QA standards, testing processes, quality metrics, and technical evaluations.
  • Use AWS, Python backend, and TypeScript frontend technologies in application support activities.
  • Evaluate systems, deliverables, hardware, software, and related documentation for quality and compliance.
  • Drive improvements to deliverables and ensure adherence to established quality standards.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of Quality Assurance experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or 3 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience implementing and managing QA standards and procedures in large, complex environments.
  • Proficiency with automated and manual testing.
  • Ability to define quality characteristics, measurable metrics, scoring criteria, and performance thresholds.
  • Experience determining quality control resources based on project scope and complexity.
  • Experience establishing processes to evaluate hardware, software, and associated documentation.
  • Experience supporting or leading technical evaluations and system assessments.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with quality standards and improve deliverables.
  • Public Trust eligibility and ability to obtain and maintain a federal suitability determination; U.S. work authorization required and sponsorship unavailable.
  • Ability to handle Controlled Unclassified Information and follow applicable safeguarding requirements.
  • Availability for occasional travel of less than 10%.
