Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and families via phone, email, and text.
  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally while providing clear information about services and the intake process.
  • Follow up with clients to collect required documentation and move cases through the intake pipeline.
  • Maintain consistent communication with families regarding next steps and timelines.
  • Track intake activity and update client records accurately in internal systems.
  • Coordinate with clinical, scheduling, and insurance teams to ensure readiness for services.
  • Identify and escalate concerns or delays that could affect the start of care.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Confident and professional phone presence.
  • Comfort with persistent, high-volume follow-up to obtain outstanding items from clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines at once.
  • Customer-service mindset with empathy for families.
  • Previous healthcare or ABA experience is preferred but not required.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 12pm to 8pm EST (U.S. hours).
  • Remote work from South Africa.
