Description

  • Review patient admission agreements for compliance with consent and capacity requirements.
  • Assess whether patients had the legal capacity to sign documentation at the time of admission.
  • Verify that third-party representatives have the legal authority to sign on a patient’s behalf.
  • Identify, investigate, and flag incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant documentation.
  • Escalate complex or high-risk cases when needed.
  • Conduct structured audits of historical patient admission agreements across multiple healthcare facilities.
  • Document audit findings to support remediation efforts.
  • Perform daily reviews of newly completed admission documentation to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Assist in establishing and implementing standard operating procedures for the compliance function.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and audit standards.
  • Help build a scalable compliance framework to support organizational growth.
  • Provide guidance and quality oversight to remote audit team members as the department expands.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Prepare end-of-day reports on audits completed, compliance concerns, and outstanding escalations.
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready records and documentation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to produce accurate work and maintain clear documentation.
  • Experience in healthcare administration, compliance, legal administration, auditing, admissions, or a related field.
