Description

  • Own and maintain the company’s visual brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Provide creative direction for digital advertisements, banners, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with the Graphics Renderer to ensure designs are visually appealing, modern, and on-brand.
  • Work with the Marketing Specialist to implement creative assets effectively across digital platforms.
  • Review and approve creative content before publication.
  • Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas that strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
  • Ensure consistency in colours, typography, imagery, messaging, and overall brand presentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the visual quality and effectiveness of marketing materials.
  • Stay up to date with design, branding, and digital marketing trends.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines.
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of creative output across the team.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Branding, Marketing, Creative Design, or a related field.
  • A qualification in Marketing, Branding, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a similar discipline is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and visual communication.
  • Exceptional eye for design, layout, colour, typography, and aesthetics.
  • Experience working with creative teams, designers, or marketing professionals.
  • Ability to confidently provide creative feedback and direction.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Passion for creating visually engaging marketing content.
