Description

Deliver engaging Databricks training in Data Engineering, BI, Machine Learning, and GenAI, primarily in virtual English-language sessions.
Guide learners through complex technical concepts and practical coding exercises in a clear, structured, and approachable way.
Adapt training delivery and communication style to learner needs and maintain engagement throughout sessions.
Coordinate training schedules, prepare materials, manage training Slack channels, and handle last-minute requests.
Collaborate with internal instructors and Databricks to improve the training program and uphold delivery standards.
Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to training processes, structure, and scheduling.
Help expand RevoData’s virtual training capacity while maintaining consistency and quality.

Requirements

Hands-on programming experience with Python and SQL, including building, modifying, and troubleshooting code in real time.
Strong motivation to work as a full-time technical instructor.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
Fast-learning, analytical mindset and willingness to learn new tools and concepts.
Patience, empathy, and a calm, supportive approach to learners.
Proactive and organized approach to owning processes, structure, and scheduling.
English proficiency; additional language skills are preferred.
Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time, mainly within the EU.
Teaching, mentoring, or coaching experience is preferred.
Machine Learning, AI, Databricks, research, academic, or PhD experience is preferred.
