Description

  • Develop short- and long-term implementation plans for energy-efficiency programs.
  • Lead program implementation activities and ensure successful delivery to utility clients.
  • Define, track, and submit program deliverables accurately and on time.
  • Monitor project progress and develop creative solutions to emerging issues and market changes.
  • Manage, lead, and mentor direct reports by setting and reviewing performance standards and objectives.
  • Build effective delivery teams and support cross-functional execution.
  • Manage client expectations, communications, satisfaction, and issue resolution or escalation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as IT, Marketing, Finance, and HR to improve program delivery efficiency.
  • Develop trusted relationships with key partners and the utility client.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business is required.
  • Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy efficiency or a related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of direct supervisory experience is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and collaborate across functions under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Experience integrating software products into service offerings.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and verbal, is required.
  • Interest in sustainability and a passion for making a meaningful environmental impact.
  • Preferred: excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Preferred: client-centered, customer service-focused mindset.
  • Preferred: ability to support short- and long-range planning and strategy.
  • Preferred: technical acumen in residential and business energy use and/or building science.
  • Preferred: detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to multitask.
  • Preferred: ability to establish job and work process flows.
  • Preferred: positive, action-oriented attitude with initiative and creativity.
  • Preferred: exceptional problem-solving skills.
