Description

  • Perform application reviews and oversee rebate fulfillment.
  • Develop and maintain budget tracking spreadsheets and support budget updates and reports.
  • Obtain, track, and process invoices from subcontractors and monitor subcontractor budgets against funding.
  • Manage program invoicing, billing, and budget tracking.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely reporting for program operations.
  • Manage the program email inbox and respond to operational requests as needed.
  • Write and maintain procedural documentation in support of the Program Manager.
  • Oversee scheduling and logistics for in-home energy assessments and contractor coordination.
  • Provide operational support to the broader team, including spreadsheet analysis, meeting coordination, file organization, and general administrative support.
  • Support other business operations tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in contracting, accounting, or other business operations functions.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills such as pivot tables, formulas, charts, and tables.
  • Experience developing spreadsheets and systems for tracking and analyzing financial performance or other operational activities.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Process-oriented with a focus on streamlining workflows and improving efficiency.
  • Results-driven and able to collaborate across all levels of an organization.
  • Able to work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and suggest process improvements.
  • Effective under pressure and able to meet deadlines while adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in sustainability and passion for making a meaningful environmental impact.
  • B.A. in business, accounting, finance, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Experience in energy efficiency rebate programs or government assistance programs is a plus.
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Columbus, OH is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $45,000 to $60,000.
