Description

  • Design and own environment-management foundations for consistent Dev/Stage/Prod provisioning.
  • Publish, govern, and deprecate Terraform modules, including registry operations, versioning, reviews, and documentation standards.
  • Administer Terraform Cloud workspaces, policies, approvals, secure variables, and workflows.
  • Define and enforce Azure and tooling IAM standards, including RBAC, managed identities, service principals, and governance integration.
  • Implement Azure Key Vault secrets-binding patterns, access models, references, and rotation across infrastructure workflows.
  • Lead FinOps enablement through tagging, labeling, budgets, alerts, and Cloudability dashboards.
  • Administer platform tooling such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Docker Hub licensing, including governance and optimization.
  • Integrate platform workflows with ServiceNow CMDB and IdentityNow for provisioning and access governance.
  • Build and operationalize VM fleet patterns, including image strategy, patching, scaling, reliability, automation, and runbooks.
  • Establish infrastructure guardrails through CI validation, testing, policy checks, drift detection, templates, and infra-testing standards.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience building and operating enterprise cloud/platform foundations, including landing zones, shared services, and environment patterns.
  • 4+ years of hands-on infrastructure as code experience with Terraform and reusable module design.
  • Experience governing a Terraform module registry, including versioning, reviews, documentation standards, and deprecation lifecycle.
  • Experience administering Terraform Cloud workspaces, policies/approvals, secure variables, and run workflows.
  • Experience with environment-management patterns, including environment repos/modules and promotion models.
  • Experience integrating secrets with Azure Key Vault, including binding patterns, access models, and rotation.
  • Strong IAM background across Azure and tooling, including RBAC, least privilege, managed identities, service principals, and governance integration.
  • FinOps experience with tagging/labeling, budgets/alerts, and cost reporting dashboards such as Cloudability.
  • Experience operating VM fleets, including image strategy, patching/maintenance, scaling, and reliability.
  • Experience integrating platform workflows with enterprise systems such as ServiceNow CMDB and IdentityNow.
  • Experience with infrastructure guardrails, including CI validation/testing, policy-as-code checks, and drift detection.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation, templates, and technical enablement.
  • Preferred experience with SP→MI conversion patterns and managed identity modernization.
  • Preferred experience administering Azure DevOps projects, repos, and pipelines.
  • Preferred experience with Cloudability dashboards and reporting, Docker Hub licensing, platform community building, and Copilot enablement.
