Description

  • Support compliance initiatives for ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 27701, and related frameworks.
  • Coordinate and support external certification and surveillance audits.
  • Collect, organize, maintain, and track audit evidence, documentation, findings, and remediation activities.
  • Create and update compliance training, awareness materials, policies, procedures, trackers, and process documentation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on evidence collection and compliance monitoring.
  • Support internal compliance assessments, risk reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with SOC 2 Type II readiness, security control testing, and evidence collection.
  • Support vendor and third-party security assessments, including security questionnaire distribution and review.
  • Track security awareness training completion and update training content.

Requirements

  • Completed bachelor's or master's degree.
  • Hands-on experience supporting external audits for at least one ISO framework, such as ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001, or ISO/IEC 27701.
  • Understanding of ISO standards, audit processes, compliance documentation, and evidence collection.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of information security principles, including access controls, vulnerability management, and incident response.
  • Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II criteria or willingness to learn.
  • Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in compliance activities or working with an ISO framework.
  • Preferred: Exposure to internal audits, risk assessments, GRC, vendor risk management, or third-party security assessments.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of SOC 2, GDPR, or other security and privacy frameworks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Availability for approximately 20 hours per week in the India time zone.
